Fennel dusted bread with Seared lemon
Thursday's event was cooking with Chef Shawn Pratt
of Gatherings in Swansboro. Held at the old courthouse at the Beaufort Historic Site.
He shared great recipes and tips along with
a cooking demonstration.
Yum! My favorite was his braised pork
tenderloin with fresh sage and white beans.
And the Fennel dusted lemon seared bread was
to die for. I am such a die hard bread fan.
He teaches lots of cooking classes and shares
some of his tips & recipes on his blog.
